ANNULÉ ╱ listen in / lead out avec Heidi Strauss

This workshop explores physical listening, response and sequencing through the body. Active choice-making in the moment is encouraged, as a way to alter and play with range, phrasing and movement possibility. The class activates an awareness of internal and physical sensation while stimulating an awareness of relationship to directional space, and placing these two approaches in conversation. The aim is spontaneity; the mind and body responsive to shifting circumstance of the moment.
